She defines herself as someone who helps people achieve what they want.
Making people open-up and connect with their inner truths came naturally to Priyanka. Following her passion, she studied Psychology (LSR, Delhi University) and then psychological counseling. Next, training herself to become an NLP & Life Coach and a learning and development facilitator came naturally.
Priyanka believes that inherently we all have the resources within, exploring which can lead us to be the persons we deserve to be! A coach is the mirror that shows us that truth. She has worked with corporate professionals, businessmen, students, housewives, sportsmen, the young and the not so young. She connects with them as people, minus all tags.
Priyanka’s passion lies in coaching, and she is certified as an NLP & Life Coach (Neoway Academy, Bangalore). She is also certified as an NLP Trainer (to train others in NLP) and a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming from the National Federation of NLP, USA (trained at Neoway). She is also certified as a trainer by International Finance Corportation (IFC) – branch of World Bank – for adult training. She is also a certified Law of Attraction trainer.
An accomplished facilitator with more than 4,000 hrs of delivery, her training experience spans a variety of industries and verticals. She has worked at all stages of training, be it needs analysis, designing the module or facilitation. An expert in conducting transformational workshops in a host of areas including Leadership, Managing Change, Team Building, Behavioral Change etc, she has also conducted Personality Development Programs for college students.
She has worked with clients like Matrix, IDBI Bank, Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Punj Llyod, Tata Tea, Pony Needles, Perfetti Van Melle, JBM, Shapoorji Pallonji, ZTE, HCL Technologies, Thapar Engineering College, SCMS Kochi etc to name a few...
She has co-founded WINGS Team – a company that is more an emotion, for both partners. Priyanka has also been an entrepreneur through her life. With over 14 years of combined experience in heading Start-Up Organizations, Business Development, Client-Servicing, Resourcing, Learning & Development and Instructional functions in various sectors, her heart remains in helping people achieve their potential.
As an army brat, and now wife, she inherently is disciplined about her work, and this focus has helped her through her professional career. Having spent her years living in different stations - nationally and internationally, she has developed the skill of being able to relate to people, across cultures, very easily.
Currently, she is working on another dream project – ‘Ab Tak 200’ – to have a 200 forces’ wives be involved in the content development project that WINGS has undertaken, to help ladies live their full potential without feeling geographically challenged. And another project that keeps her going is ‘The Magic of One’ – her channel - honoring the impact of one – one decision, one belief, one experience, one smile or one minute – on our lives. Her channel is currently focusing on one-minute meditations – to create that magical meditative pause, just any time in the day.

With over 14years’ experience in the field of learning and development, Payal has functioned in diverse capacities – as a Life and Performance Coach, life-skills trainer, educator and administrator.
Armed with an MSc (Miranda House, Delhi University) and an MBA degree (Symbiosis, Pune), Payal is passionate about learning and honing her skills. Certified in adult learning (by the International Finance Corporation, A World Bank arm), she is a Master Practitioner of NLP (certified by NFNLP, USA, trained at Neoway). She is also an NLP Life and Performance coach (Neoway Academy, Bangalore) as also a Lumina Spark certified Practitioner. She is also a certified Law of Attraction trainer. She helped co-found WINGS Team, a dream that everyday achieves its goal of helping people empower themselves.
Payal has coached and supported people from all walks of life in finding fulfillment and in achieving their goals. Her coachees have been corporate employees, housewives, sportspeople as well as students. She firmly believes in the inherent resources within each person and is committed to helping people discover their true potential.
Payal has been actively managing the comprehensive training programs - including needs assessment, content development to actual facilitation. She has trained over 5000+ professionals’ globally on management, leadership, Team dynamics, Motivation, Sales and Personal Effectiveness She has carried out over 100+ Learning & Development initiatives end to end. She has also conducted classes on English language Enhancement and Personality Development for students as well as working professionals extensively. She has worked with organizations like LG India, Moserbaer, Epsilon India, Lionsgate, Punj Lloyd, Jindal Steel and Power Limited, Matrix, Datt Medi ,Tata tea, Amalgated Plantations, Thapar Engg College, SCMS Kochi etc .
Payal has also worked with a number of educational institutes for value addition. She has held teachers’ trainings in GD Goenka, Paschim Vihar, APS Delhi Cantt, Laidlaw International; Providence College, Ooty and a number of Army public schools across the country. She has worked with Principals, teachers as well as the students to bring about a mindset shift.
She has recently authored her second book, Me and My Middle Age, which is a fun and thought- provoking journey of a woman in her middle years of life. Her fist book, Kanta Bai Pvt ltd. is a rib-tickling account of the everyday life of a work-from home mother.
Payal comes from an army background and has the ability to deal effectively with every situation – be it to host to the President of India or relate to the junior most employee of an organization.
Armed with an MSc degree, she also dabbles in the creative arts – of writing and painting. Running is a passion and a discipline – which shows in each aspect of her life.
