She has a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and is a Certified NLP Trainer. She is a frequent adjunct faculty member for National Giuld of Hypnotists, has been a workshop facilitator for National Board for Hypnotic Anesthesia conference in Phoenix AZ. She’s taught at an integrative medicine conference hosted by Methodist college in Omaha, NE., and she was President (2002-2004) of The American Psychotherapy and Medical Hypnotherapy Association and currently serves as an advisory board member.

Cynthia hosted a radio show, the self-help hour, and has authored many articles about hypnosis, and NLP both for the public and for colleagues. Cynthia herself has studied under some of the great thinkers and innovators of hypnosis and NLP known today such as Bill O’Hanlon, Dr Earnest Rossi, Dr Bernie Siegel, Dr. Jeffery Zieg, and the late Dr. David Cheek. (all of whom were taught by Dr. Milton Erickson himself)
