Zaher Malaeb is a Psychologist (Clinical & Organizational Orientation) and a People & Performance Development Strategist with over two decades of professional experience integrating applied psychology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), leadership, and corporate training. His work is grounded in a deep and sustained interest in human behavior, particularly how individuals and teams think, decide, communicate, and perform within complex personal and organizational contexts.

Zaher’s professional journey began in sales and business leadership, where direct exposure to motivation, resistance, influence, and decision-making led him to explore the psychological foundations of performance and success. This exploration brought him to Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which represented a pivotal turning point in his career and provided him with practical models for understanding communication, perception, behavioral patterns, and change.

Holding a solid academic background in psychology with clinical and organizational orientation, Zaher approaches training as a bridge between academic knowledge and real-life practice. He integrates psychological theory, NLP frameworks, and lived professional experience to translate complex concepts into applicable tools that can be effectively used in leadership, communication, and performance development.

Alongside his executive role as an insurance sales leader and agency manager at SNA Lebanon (formerly Allianz Lebanon), Zaher serves as General Manager at Zenith Nexus Mentors (Z.N.M.) for Training and Consultancy, a firm he co-founded that brings together a curated group of professional trainers and consultants. In parallel, he serves as a corporate trainer, executive consultant, and university instructor in psychology and communication. He has delivered training, workshops, and advisory engagements to governmental institutions, financial entities, universities, NGOs, and professionals, focusing on leadership effectiveness, applied NLP, sales psychology, and sustainable human performance in complex decision-making environments.
