About Veenu Jaideep Shivdasani

Veenu is the Founder of YES! I CAN, Changing Lives…, a Training and Development House. She is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and a rich career in training and coaching. Her educational journey includes a Diploma in Human Resources, during which she discovered profound inspiration that fueled her decision to advance her knowledge. Subsequently, she earned a Masters in Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources, further solidifying her expertise in the field. Currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Psychology, with anticipated results in June 2024, Veenu has augmented her academic achievements with certifications such as Basic Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy (Level – 1), Teacher’s Training for Mindfulness Yogic Mantra and Chakra Meditation, and Instructor Certification in Yoga (Level – 1) from the Government of India AYUSH.

In the realm of professional achievements, Veenu is a Certified Master Trainer with credentials from the National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NFNLP), Florida, USA. Additionally, she holds the title of a certified Coach from Grow More Avenue (ACSTH-ICF). She likes to call herself ‘A Firewalker’, as she has learned the art of fire walking in a life changing program ‘Unleash The Power Within’ by Tony Robbins.

Notably, Veenu served as a panelist on Holistic Lifestyle discussion forum at the Thought Leaders Summit & Awards (TLSA) 2020, and was felicitated by TLSA with the NLP Coach – Par Excellence award.

With over 18 years of experience in training and development, Veenu is an established Master Trainer & NLP/Behavioral Coach. She believes that each one of us has inherited the potential to achieve success and happiness. She is recognized for creating a difference in organizations and converting limiting beliefs into daring decisions. Her intuitiveness in identifying the pulse of the problem gives her the leverage to encourage participants in taking massive actions and achieve long lasting results in their lives. She is an expert in conducting Group Coaching, Mentoring and Building High Performance leaders and teams and has been sharing her skills & knowledge to enhance and empower individual participants and corporate employees.

She is an active member of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) since 2006, and has been instrumental in changing thousands of mindsets through her experiential training and coaching skills. She also writes articles for the “Sampada” magazine.

She conducts Certification Courses in NLP Basic Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Coach and NLP Train the Trainer and is affiliated with NFNLP, she also conducts individual coaching sessions.

Veenu Jaideep Shivdasani's Philosophy

From a very young age Veenu Shivdasani recognised her potential in helping people, and making them realise their true potential. This quality manifested in making her the exceptional professional she is today.

She has been using the potential of Healing Powers & Affirmations from the teachings of Louise L Hay, coupled with the power of NLP, for empowering people in achieving personal & professional excellence.

She believes that the changes happen at the subconscious level. By the end of the workshop, when she sees the participants letting go off their limitations of stammering, phobia, fear of stage fright, guilt and the notion of ‘I am not good enough’ and convert to a positive behaviour pattern which brings back a spark in their eyes, and confidence in their walk and talk, she realises that the effort was all worth it. It gives her immense satisfaction and encouragement. For her, it is like changing the world to be a more positive and accepting place - slowly and surely one song at a time.

As a passionate trainer she knows that she can make a difference and her vision is to spread the knowledge of NLP to maximum number of people as she believes in the thought that lighting one candle in the darkness has the power to light another, and then another, and on and on it goes….
