She has 10+ years of rich experience in Corporate such as EDS (part of HP), Cognizant (HR
Executive) and Petronash (Asst. Mgr HR) specializing in the areas of Recruitment & Selection /
Training & Development / Performance Management / Competency mapping and development
/ Career guidance / HR Consulting/ Personal counseling and Career guidance facilitator.
She Had received the Epitome 2018 “Sudha murthy award” organized by ACET and
Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award by BNI in 2019.
She is a Ph.D in HR from Pondicherry Central University. She pursued her MBA in HR and
Marketing (full -time) from SSN School of Management (affiliated to Anna University) and she
is a Certified Silva Graduate from Silva Inc (USA), Certified HR Manager by Govt of India
(TCIL), Certified NLP Master Practitioner (USA) and Certified Transactional Analyst
Practitioner (USA) and Internationally certified experiential trainer, completed the Brian Tracy
certified course on “Perform at your best” and completed certification courses in Sales training,
Mindfulness and Parenting and Career Guidance, Completed training under World’s No. 1
trainer Tony Robbins and Completed training under T Harv Eker.
She has been significantly contributing in the areas of Recruitment / Training and Development
/ HR Consulting industry. She has published articles in 9 reputed International journals and
presented papers in 10 International / National Conferences. She has been a mentor for about
1000+ employees with clients like Sintex, India Nippon Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Manatec, Sunbeam
Generators, Petronash, Cognizant Technologies pvt. Ltd, Red venturers, Jothi eye care center,
New Medical center, Strides shasun, Sri Valli vilas, Vijayalakshmi Nagai maaligai, Sterlite
etc…, covering nearly 46000+ people through her formal trainings and workshops.
