About Ottmar Sievers

After graduating from high school, the study years followed, mainly in the areas of pedagogy, sport and the social sciences. These provided a solid foundation. This was followed by training as a massage therapist and physiotherapist. Ottmar has over 22 years teaching in the training of physiotherapists; Various seminars in adult education institutes; Instructor and owner of HypnoseSchulen-Deutschland

The increased presence of the hypnotic state enables access to the subconscious. Here, behavior can be neutralized or directed in a positive direction, for example through suggestions or personal knowledge. The use of Goal-oriented, solution-oriented and resource-activating questions enable solutions that come from you. Due to the clear structure and the goal setting from your subconscious mind, very few hypnosis sessions are often required for a topic.

Ottmar worked 22 years as a full time teacher and has been an instructor for the National Guild of Hypnotists, while also setting up hypnosis schools in eight cities in German. He teaches around twenty weekends a year.
