- Manjiri has been a facilitator in experiential learning and outdoor education for the last 20 years.
- She holds a Masters in Outdoor Education from the University of Wales (UK) and a Diploma in Training and Development (ISTD-New Delhi).
- She is a certified Master Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NFNLP-USA)
- Manjiri is a 'Pactitioner in New Code NLP' having learnt with Dr. John Grinder (Co-founder of NLP).
- She has been using the potential of the outdoors, coupled with the tremendous power of NLP techniques for empowering people in achieving personal excellence.
- Her knowledge and expertise in ‘Pranic Healing’, ‘Shamanism’ &‘NLP- Kinesiology’ help add a distinctive dimension to her workshops.
- She is also a certified ‘Telepathic Animal and Nature communicator’.
- Her associates and participants have been able to accomplish breakthroughs in a spectrum of behavioural issues, ranging from overcoming fears and phobia’s, unwanted behavioural patterns, overcoming stammering to de-addiction.
- She has aided sportsmen and marathon runners in enhancing their performances & achieving beyond their set targets.
- Manjiri did her first NLP Practitioner training in 2005 and went on to do her Master Practioner's & Trainer's thereafter. She comes from a family of NLP practitioners. Her mother, husband, uncle, aunt & cousins are all NFNLP certified practitioners through Mr. Keki Darbary (NLP Master Trainer & Practitioner).
- She has also undergone training in Paint Therapy and the Czech concept of Dramaturgy.
- As a passionate facilitator she hopes to make NLP accessible to maximum number of people, so that each of these individuals would be empowered to become an architect of their own life and visions!!
