Karthika Ranjith (Thananjayan Karthikaeswari) In-Depth:

Mrs.Karthika Ranjith is NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. She has a deep understanding of the human mind and how NLP techniques can be used to help individuals to overcome limiting beliefs, to improve communication skills and achieve great success in all areas of their lives. In addition to work as a practitioner she is a member of NFNLP Florida and stays updated with the latest developments.

With a background in psychology and extensive training in cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT) she have a deep understanding of deep relationship between thoughts, emotions and behavioural and the importance of addressing the root cause of emotional and behavioural problems. Her evidence based therapy and client centred approach has helped individuals to overcome range of mental health challenges like anxiety, depression and phobia.

Apart from NLP, her passion to work with children made her a CBT therapist, Special educator and a remedial expert for learning disability. Following her vision that all individuals must have access to resources and support to unleash their full potential and extensive training in special education, she have worked with students of all ages including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, ADHD and learning disability.
