Hasmig has started her career in Business and has studied Business Administration and has built an experience in management, leadership and corporate field for 17 years, where she has built an outstanding career by possessing a high degree of professional integrity.

She is a Personal Development Specialist and believes that the Human Mind is the most powerful tool that humans possess, and it can be used to help you attain success or it can take you to the depths of failure. Hasmig says “You must learn to use your mind to its optimal level if you want to live life on a new level.” She trusts that the mind is the key to success not by chance yet by choice.

As a Mindset and NLP coach, she is dedicated to rewiring an individual's mindset, allowing them to be the very best version of themselves and to unlock their full potential.

She encourages her clients and community to work on their mindset, since through anyone can make a dream come true. Anyone’s dream is not a coincidence. She tells her clients “Your dream is who you are. You should pursue it! Your dream gives you a sense of meaning and purpose, and drives you on into your chosen future. Your dream is the meaning of your life!”

As an Executive Coach , she focuses on empowering employee skills , as she believes people power is the most important asset for an organization , hence she as an executive coach works directly with executives and highly potential employees to let them gain self awareness , clarify their goals , unlock their potential and develop their objectives to let them meet organization’s goals .

Based on her experience in the corporate field at international level and as certified trainer, she has provided several trainings to public sector, organizations and NGO in Lebanon, Armenia and UAE.

She is the founder of Hasmig’s Book Club from 2017.

She is a weekly guest speaker on Lebanese TV station and radio station on a Live Morning Talk Show.
