Having more than 19 years of experience as a Professional Consultant and Program/Project Manager in the telecommunication industry engaged in several multinational companies, as well as being part of a team or leading several successful projects in the national and international scope, has formed his unique managerial and leadership model. So that in every training session as well as individual & team mentoring and coaching services provided, he could understand the context, challenges, and needs of clients personally and organizationally, and facilitate significant changes in clients and their organizations.

The Performance & Leadership Coaching, NLP & Softskills Training and Workshop services provided by him focus on the Mindset & Behavioral Changes through developed techniques and models from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Clean Language, Neuroscience, Hypnotherapy, Business Management, Project Management & Leadership Skills, Situational Leadership, and Strength-Based Leadership.

As an NFNLP USA’s Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainer & Master Practitioner, Gigih Suhartanto teaches the clients on essential and pre-requisite attitudes, knowledge and skills in becoming a qualified skillful NLP Basic Practitioner and Master Practitioner, so that they have a decent understanding on this field and able to properly practicing and applying the NLP mindsets, knowledge, methods for various area of personal life, workplaces and businesses.
