About Cristodora:

Cristodora graduated from her Master of Counseling and having dealt with cancer when she was only 24 years old, she began to explore different holistic approaches to healing. Today, 7 years later, she is using many advanced techniques  and methods to guide others in their individual healing experiences. She is an NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher. She speaks French, Spanish, Romanian and English".

Description:

Cristodora started her journey with NLP more than 10 years ago when she had the first anxiety attack.

After using NLP for many years and managing to recover her health, she started to study NLP as a practitioner. It took her 5 years to reach to attain the Trainer Certificate. Now, she is introducing this valuable tool in Spain in the corporation environment.

At an academic level, Cristodora has completed her Masters in Psychological Counseling in 2015. Her study using 654 employees and employers in Dubai was a revolution. She showed that only 7% use the EQ and these are senior professionals.

Lastly, more than 5 years ago, she introduced hypnotherapy as a technique to increase therapeutic effects and to improve performance. Along with this, she added many other holistic methods among which Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki.
