About Colleen McKay:

Colleen is a Certified Trainer & Master NLP Practitioner from National Federation of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NFNLP), USA. Colleen has a natural coaching background having danced and taught for most of her life. When she decided to enter the corporate world, she went into the investment space. There, she had many positive and negative experiences that have helped form the person she is today. Colleen deeply credits her NLP training for getting her through the toughest times she has experienced to date, while also helping her build the success she has experienced throughout her career. Colleen has presented NLP strategies and techniques to crowds of over 300 people as well as conducted personal one-on-one coaching. Colleen holds the following licenses in the field of NLP: Master Practitioner and Licensed Trainer of Trainers, NLP Coach, Timeline Therapy Practitioner and Registered Hypnotherapist. She received her credentials in 2014 and has been using them to help friends, family and colleagues since.

Transcending Minds was developed after spending countless years on personal training and development courses to become better versions of ourselves both personally and professionally. Something we saw along our journeys is, often times, to be the best version of yourself professionally means you have to be aligned personally. What we found, whether the sales training and self-development courses were intentionally or not, almost all circle back to principles of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP). This is when we decided that NLP was the backbone of becoming the best version of ourselves.
